ABOUT SWINGS
As a swing, your job is to learn several ensemble tracks (and sometimes a few larger roles, depending on the show) so you’re ready to jump in if someone in the cast can’t perform. You’ll still be on stage for every performance in a few select group numbers, and you’ll always get to take a bow at the end of the show.
We’re looking for strong singers, dancers, and actors who are reliable and adaptable—people we can count on to help keep the show going no matter what. It’s a great chance for experienced performers to grow and challenge themselves in a new way.
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit an unlisted YouTube link to a video through the audition form containing the following:
A short introduction of yourself
A 1:00 - 1:30 long cut of a musical theatre song that you love to sing!
Submission Deadline August 1st!
Performers for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory should be comfortable with high characterisation, learning new accents, and playing multiple characters.
