About the Instructor

Jess has had a passion for dance ever since she was a toddler. Her first introduction to performance was dancing with her regional dance troupe at the Winnipeg Folk Festival and dancing at halftime for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers when she was barely in Elementary school! She went through twelve years of studio dance before graduating and going on to teach dance for ten years herself. She has earned a BFA in Theatre with a minor in Dance. She also holds a Bachelor of Education, and has a passion for merging her loves of performance and learning. Jess currently works as a professional performer.

Dancing is a form of physical activity. Please ensure you are in a physical condition suitable to perform these activities. All participants will be asked to provide a list of pre-existing injuries/conditions for the instructor to be aware of before classes start.
